When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Please note, processing times may be a bit longer during holiday seasons.

An item I want is sold out. Will there be a restock?

Yes! We typically launch our products in limited quantities but will restock based on demand. If there's a specific item you'd like to be restocked, let us know at shopbahalana@gmail.com or shoot us a DM on Instagram!

Do you ship internationally?

Most of our items are available for international shipping. Any items that are not available for international shipping will have it stated in the product description.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Since most of our items are made to order, we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless the item arrives damaged. If you have an issue with your order, please shoot us an email at shopbahalana@gmail.com.
